Our  training is designed to help you reach your fitness goals. So whether it's losing weight or toning up, we will get you where you need to be. 

Our mission is to motivate and encourage people to make a commitment in order to achieve their health and fitness goals through exercising and nutrition for a healthier lifestyle. We will inspire you to build a strong mind and body with a "can do attitude".  

UBF offers small group classes, one-on-one personal training, kickboxing, and sport specific training. We are dedicated to health and fitness. Our classes are never the same so you never know what to expect in every class and it will keep your body guessing what is coming next. We combine the exercises  with circuit training, weight training, agility work, stair work, abs and core work, and basic cross fit training to give you maximum results.
